The conference, co-hosted by the Faculty of Law at the University of Cambridge and Melbourne Law School, will be held at Downing College, Cambridge from 19-22 July 2016. The programme offers a wide range of papers addressing the conference theme in relation
to issues across the law of obligations, including presentations by many of the leading lights in our field. Keynote presentations will be made by Professor Hugh Collins, Professor David Ibbetson, The Hon Michael Kirby, Professor Hector MacQueen, The Right
Hon the Lord Neuberger of Abbotsbury and Professor Jenny Steele. The conference will also feature a plenary panel discussion on Goff and Jones' The Law of Restitution in its 50th anniversary year.
A discounted early bird registration rate is available until 31 January 2016. A limited number of superior en-suite rooms at Downing College are available, but must be booked by 31 January 2016 to guarantee priority conference registration.
Accommodation at Downing College may only be booked through the conference registration process.
